If you are located outside of the Bartlesville/Dewey city limits we can still deliver a greeting to you, but there is a small additional fee... We have to go to the delivery location at least twice after all :-)

You can expect delivery and set up of your greeting anytime between 7pm - 11pm the evening before your event / celebration. Greeting pick up will occur the evening of your event after 7pm. ** Note: delivery times may be adjusted for some locations or due to weather situations. You will receive a PayPal invoice by email (Paypal account not required). Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking. YOUR GREETING IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED !
In the event of a weather related issue, we will stay in contact with you and let you know what is happening. We may simply be delayed, have to deliver early in the morning, or use something from our bag of tricks. We will not deliver during high winds, lightning, severe weather or road conditions. We do deliver rain, snow, or shine ! If we are unable to deliver a greeting ... We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued. We stay in contact with you!
